Detailed 8 Days Uganda Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Welcome to Uganda
Your safari driver-guide will meet you at Entebbe International Airport. You will be transferred to your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala.
You receive a short safari briefing and relax after your flight.
Day 2: Transfer to Kibale Forest – Home of Chimpanzees
After breakfast, you drive to Kibale Forest, the best place for chimpanzee tracking in Uganda.
You enjoy the beautiful countryside, tea plantations, and small towns along the way.
Dinner and overnight at your lodge near Kibale Forest.
Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Nature Walk
Today you enter the forest with a ranger for chimpanzee tracking.
You see chimps, monkeys, birds, and many forest animals.
In the afternoon, you take a guided Bigodi Swamp walk for community and nature experiences.
Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, you drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for wildlife and the Rwenzori Mountain views.
